I HAVE A FAVORITE SAYING, To Err is human, to really foul thins up requires a computer. No truer example could be found in what happened yesterday. It started last week when our main computer that controls both of our stations totally crashed and died. A new computer was put in place and the data reloaded. Somehow yesterday afternoon that computer found and aired a newscast from last January 26 stating that all Lincoln County offices would have a delayed opening today. Last January 26 we were experiencing a winter weather event, today, obviously no such problems exist. All city and county offices will open on time as scheduled this morning, I apologize for any inconvenience this computer glitch caused.
