An Ardmore man is facing burglary charges in Limestone County following an incident this past weekend in Elkmont. 39-year-old Matthew Dale Wray, was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary. The sheriff’s office said on Jan. 10, deputies and investigators responded to a reported burglary on Upper Elkton Road in Elkmont. During the investigation, Wray was developed as a suspect, and he was located and detained. He was charged after investigators established probable cause. Investigators say all the stolen property associated with the burglary was recovered and returned. Limestone County Sheriffs Officials said in addition to the burglary charge, Wray’s probation has been revoked, which stemmed from a 2024 case involving the burglary of church buses.
