Following the rain and storms earlier this week, much of middle Tennessee has seen tremendous improvement in the drought conditions. The Tennessee Drought Monitor released its weekly report yesterday and all of Franklin County and the southeastern corner of Lincoln County is no longer under any drought conditions. The rest of Lincoln, Moore, and Giles County have improved from moderate drought to abnormally dry conditions.
