Franklin County Sheriff Tim Fuller is asking for your help in finding a missing 11 year old girl. Mi Chi Ko Fu Ru ya is believed to have run away after telling friends she was leaving. She left a home on Old Beans Creek Road at approximately 2 o’clock Monday afternoon. She was spotted on collins Lane, walking toward main Street shortly after 2 p.m. yesterday. She was not reported missing until approximately 4 p.m. Mi Chi Ko is an 11 year old white female, 5’02” tall and weighing 155 pounds. She has dark brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray fleece jacket, pink Adidas shirt, blue jeans and beige or black shoes.
