A Harvest man is in the Limestone County jail in connection with a large-scale credit card fraud and fuel theft investigation. In January, Limestone County investigators received information from an individual whose credit card information had been stolen and used to purchase large quantities of diesel fuel and several locations. During the investigation numerous other fraudulent transactions involving stolen credit card information was discovered. Using closed circuit security TV footage 33 year old Casey Dalton McDougal was identified as the suspect. McDougal was arrested at his residence on Thunderpaw Drive when investigators and SWAT Team members conducted a search warrant. He is formally charged with two counts of identity theft but the investigation is on-going and additional charges are expected.
