As we move into the spring planting season all but four counties in northeast Tennessee are under various stages of drought. According to the Tennessee Drought Monitor Lincoln County is in a moderate drought condition. Surrounding counties including Moore, Franklin, Giles, Bedford, Coffee Maury and Marshall counties are also in a moderate drought condition.
