Election Commission officials tell me that 700 new potential voters registered to vote since January 1st this year, bringing the total number of registered voters in Lincoln County to 24,240. Election Commission said 4,255 voters cast ballots during early voting, that’s roughly 17 percent of registered Lincoln County voters who have already cast ballots.
