Scammers continue targeting Lincoln Contains. This time telling potential victims they are behind on their power bill. Fayetteville Public Utilities posted on their Facebook page last night that they were made aware of the scammer contacting residents telling them they must pay immediately to prevent service interruption. Fayetteville Public Utilities wants you to know they will never contact you via phone, text or e-mail to attempt to collect money. If you receive a call, text or e-mail do no0t give the person any information, hang up immediately and notify Fayetteville Public Utilities.
