SWAT Team executes search warrant.
Lincoln County Sheriff’s SWAT team was called into action early this morning. Sheriff Tull Malone said that deputies served a high-risk narcotics warrant at a home in Fayetteville shortly after 4 o’clock this morning. Due to the on-going nature of this investigation no further details were immediately available.
Tennessee Based Dollar General Sued by FTC and 20 Other States
The Federal Trade Commission, joined by 20 states including Tennessee and Alabama, sued Dollar General Corporation for engaging in long-running deceptive pricing practices.
