The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Bedford County Sheriff’s Department are asking for your help in finding a missing 64-year old man. Clarence Carter is 6’3” tall and weighs 210 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen yesterday near Ligon Drive in Shelbyville. Clarence was last sen wearing dark blue jeans and a black hoodie with a flag and cross. He is believed to be on foot. Clarence has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return safely without assistance.
